Senior Project Manager

A leading independent consultancy delivering transformative property and infrastructure projects is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their London team. Operating across a range of sectors including commercial, life sciences, retail, healthcare, higher education, and industrial, the consultancy manages both new build and refurbishment projects from £1m to £200m. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on complex, high-value schemes within a collaborative and growing environment.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee projects through all RIBA stages, act as the primary client interface, and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery. This role would suit a confident Senior Project Manager with a proven consultancy or client-side background, who is looking to make a meaningful impact while developing their career. Senior Project Manager - Requirements

• Experience leading major (£20m+) construction projects within the property sector would be ideal

• Strong background working in a consultancy or client-side environment

• Ability to manage complex projects through the full project lifecycle (all RIBA stages)

• Professional membership with APM, RICS, CIOB or similar body (desirable)

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills

• Relevant project management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, PRINCE2, MSc, etc.)
