Senior Project Manager – Software DeliveryHybrid / Field-Based (Yorkshire HQ + UK travel)
£50,000 – £60,000 + benefits
Full-time | Permanent

An established and fast-growing UK technology provider is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-site software implementations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident managing end-to-end projects in a B2B SaaS or tech environment, who thrives in a client-facing role.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-level rollouts, managing cross-functional teams, owning project financials, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle from scope confirmation through to go-live and handover
Maintain detailed project documentation and governance (RAID logs, cutover plans, PiDs)
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and milestone alignment
Lead a small internal project team (consultants/administrators)
Oversee project budgets, invoicing points, and commercial change controls
Continuously improve delivery frameworks and contribute to operational strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience delivering B2B software or SaaS projects, ideally across multiple client sites
Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting skills
Proficient with tools like Asana, MS Project, RAID logs
Familiar with Agile, PRINCE2 or other structured methodologies
Commercially aware with experience in budget tracking and invoicing
Line management or team leadership experience
Exposure to ARR models, SaaS onboarding or hospitality/retail tech (desirable)
