Your new role
You will work as a Senior Project Manager working on projects in the education and housing sector. You will manage the projects based in the education and housing sector, and they will range between small works and multi million pound projects. You will work alongside directors, as well as managing contractors and consultants.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in pre and post contract work, as well as managing projects from inception to completion. You will ideally understand public sector frameworks and be MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB qualified.
