If you're a seasoned project manager who thrives in fast-paced, multi-client environments — where no two days (or clients) are the same — this one’s worth a look.

We’re working with a leading consultancy that’s all about delivering exceptional work across internal communications, employee engagement and creative solutions. They’re growing, and they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale projects from pitch to delivery — owning timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships along the way.
You’ll be the glue between teams, clients, and deliverables — managing multiple complex accounts at once, keeping things on track, and acting as a calm, commercially sharp point of contact even when things get hectic.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the delivery of multiple, fast-moving projects for big-name clients
• Owning project scope, costs, timelines and comms from start to finish
• Coordinating creative and strategic teams to ensure seamless execution
• Mentoring and supporting other PMs to raise the bar on delivery excellence
• Joining senior client meetings, pitches and planning sessions
• Driving account profitability and identifying opportunities for growth

What they’re looking for:

• Experience handling complex, high-value projects and juggling multiple timelines
• Someone commercially astute, comfortable managing budgets and pushing for growth
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Calm under pressure, with a knack for bringing clarity and structure
• Excel-savvy (Gantt charts, timelines, budgets), with strong client-facing skills
• An interest in internal comms, engagement or creative problem-solving

Bonus points for:

• APM, PMI or Agile certifications
• Coaching experience
• Experience in people development or internal communication projects
