Senior Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a highly respected multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy in their Oxford office. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work on major schemes valued up to £500m, delivering complex and high-profile projects for clients in sectors such as automotive (including F1), corporate, university, retail, healthcare, and defence.

Role Responsibilities
You will take full ownership of delivering projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Key duties include:

• Leading projects across all RIBA stages with autonomy, supported by a multi-disciplinary team.
• Acting as the single point of contact for clients and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Advising on and managing the appointment of consultants and specialists.
• Identifying and implementing strategies that drive successful project outcomes.
• Leading and mentoring members of the project management team.
• Promoting the business within the construction industry through service excellence and networking.
• Driving innovation in service delivery through new processes and technology.

Skills & Experience Required

• Ideally chartered with RICS, APM or CIOB.
• Significant consultancy-based construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project delivery from RIBA stages 0-6.
• Proven track record of leading projects and teams with minimal supervision.
• Experience in establishing and delivering new projects, including early site de-risking.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office, MS Project or similar software.
