Job Description - Senior Project Manager

Are you a Senior Project Manager looking for your next opportunity? I’m currently representing a leading Manufacturing company based in Bradford and they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They are hiring as they are in growth mode and have multiple projects ongoing and coming up.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end project delivery, from customer order through design, manufacture, delivery, installation, and commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage a team of three experienced Project Managers and one Apprentice, conducting regular project reviews, monthly one-to-ones, and annual appraisals to support performance and development.
Produce and report on detailed project programmes, aligning with key departmental objectives and wider business goals through monthly updates and progress tracking.
Liaise with customers on changes to requirements, coordinate with Technical/CAD teams for drawing revisions, and handle variation pricing, interim valuations, and final invoicing.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and Health & Safety regulations, authoring site-specific RAMS and leading ongoing reviews to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Conduct site surveys and oversee installations, validating design accuracy, monitoring quality, recording non-conformances, and facilitating lessons learnt sessions to avoid repeat issues.

Essential Experience

Project management experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally within the acoustic container and enclosure sectors
Proven experience in team leadership or management, as the role offers a clear progression path into senior responsibility
Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, customer-facing role
