Senior Project Manager

An established consultancy in Hampshire is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of high-value commercial, education and residential schemes. This role is perfect for a client-facing Senior Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from early feasibility through to completion.

The successful Senior Project Manager will be part of a dynamic consultancy team, managing multiple schemes simultaneously and supporting junior colleagues in their development. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be key in strengthening client relationships and ensuring projects meet all objectives.

The Senior Project Manager will take full responsibility for project delivery, including programme management, risk mitigation, cost reporting, stakeholder engagement and team leadership.

• Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM) strongly preferred

• Degree in a construction-related discipline

• 5+ years' consultancy project management experience

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects

• £60,000 - £75,000

• Performance-related bonus
