Job Description - Senior Project Manager

An excellent opportunity to join this tier one business, with an expanding portfolio of work in the Oxford region. Our client is a household name in the construction sector, with a healthy business and a strong order book their growth in the Berkshire and Oxfordshire region is testament to their track record of delivering excellence.

We are urgently seeking Senior Project Managers for schemes in the Oxford area, of values circa Â£40million. Successful applicants will have a track record of delivery in similar size schemes in the education and life sciences sectors. The company have a plan for further growth, and the opportunity for progression through the company is excellent, as is the salary and benefits package.

You will be responsible for all aspects of delivery, Design and client accountability, together with strict commercial controls.
