An experienced Project Manager is required to manage and execute various installation projects for established controlled environment solutions provider Central Insulations. Working with leading names within the FMCG, food and pharmaceutical sectors for over 35 years the company is looking to expand and strengthen the project management team.

Based from Grimsby, managing projects UK wide from handover through to completion this representants an ideal opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who thrives leading and managing various disciplines from design, planning and procurement, to onsite delivery teams and client relationships. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Experience leading the safe delivery of various UK projects from handover to completion
* Coordinate site activity, including labour, materials, plant, subcontractors and suppliers
* Manage programmes, progress, quality, health & safety, budget and commercial performance
* Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly
* Identify risks, delays and technical issues, then drive solutions through to project close-out
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Several years construction-based project management experience
* Proven ability to manage multiple live projects
* Strong programme, subcontractor coordination and commercial management experience
* Ability to communicate and manage clients, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholder relationships
* SMSTS, CSCS, full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK (with occasional overnight stays)
