Senior Project Manager - Electrical Construction

West Texas | Full-Time | Relocation Required

I'm partnering with a leading electrical construction contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager for major ground-up construction projects across West Texas.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven construction leader with experience delivering large-scale electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout. The successful candidate will lead multiple projects, manage project teams, and ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large electrical construction projects.

Manage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff while providing leadership and mentoring.

Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and profitability.

Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with field leadership and clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation.

Identify project risks and implement solutions to minimize schedule and cost impacts.

Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.

Proven experience delivering large ground-up construction projects from start to finish.

Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical construction.

Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and contract administration.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.

Experience with data centres, mission-critical facilities, power generation, water/wastewater treatment, or other industrial projects is highly desirable.

Willingness to travel as required.
