Senior Project Manager – M&E
Location: Castleford/Nationwide
Salary: £65,000 + BENEFITS
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Optio Resourcing is recruiting a Senior M&E Project Manager to lead mechanical and electrical packages on retail and commercial projects.

The Role

* Lead M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover

* Manage programme, budget, quality and health and safety

* Oversee project managers, supervisors and subcontractors

* Act as the main point of contact for clients and design teams

* Drive commissioning, testing and handover documentation

About You

* Proven experience as a Senior PM or PM in M&E

* Strong mechanical and electrical technical knowledge

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

* Retail or commercial fit-out experience is desirable

* Full UK driving licence
