Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance, ensuring projects meet programme, quality and safety requirements.

Oversee commissioning, documentation, training, defects management and final handover.

Take responsibility for financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, variations and final accounts.

Produce accurate project reports, forecasts and performance updates, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required.

Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, CDM regulations, quality standards and relevant industry requirements.

Maintain accurate project records and governance processes.

Lead lessons-learned reviews and drive continuous improvement across projects and accounts.

Experience managing Project Managers, subcontractors, site teams and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

A good understanding of design coordination, commissioning, handover and M&E technical interfaces.

Knowledge of CDM regulations, construction health and safety requirements and quality management.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Project, or equivalent planning software.

A CSCS card appropriate to the role.

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Desirable Experience

Experience delivering projects for large, multi-site commercial or retail clients.

Experience working under framework agreements and managing multi-site project programmes.

A qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management.
