Sizzling creativity is matched with refined logical thinking and the finest technical support to execute original and thrilling designs on brand, on brief, on budget and explicit to each company.The JobLead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements, providing strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.Prepare and present detailed project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages.Candidate Requirements2 - 3 years of relevant project management experience, within a design or creative agency.Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Creative and out of the box thinkerKeen eye for detailTenacity and resilience to make concepts a realityPositive/can do attitudeStrong team-working skillsAbility to bring ideas to lifeThe team is hybrid and works 3 days a week in the Covent Garden WeWork office.
