Job Description - Senior Project Manager Business Development

Resource responsibility in the medium to long term

Direct management of preliminary design within the group, external consultants and external technical design studios for project development activities, such as, for example, site pre-selection, environmental constraint analysis, evaluation of wind and/or solar potential, layout definition and optimisation, etc.
Management of the authorisation process, including preparation and/or review of documentation for VIA (Environmental Impact Assessment), PAS (Simplified Authorisation Procedure) and AU (Single Authorisation).
Management of relationships with all authorities and bodies involved in the authorisation procedures, as well as with local communities affected by the projects
Management of the process of acquiring the availability of the areas and lands affected by the projects in relation to the installation of FER plants and related works
Management of the procedures for connecting RES plants to the electricity distribution network or the national electricity transport network, from the initial request to the commissioning of the plant
Management of GSE practices and related administrative procedures, for obtaining incentive tariffs

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience of at least three years in the field of development of RES plants and familiarity with the activities contained in the above Responsibilities
Knowledge of the Italian renewable energy market and relevant legislation
Knowledge of design requirements, standards and regulations for safety and for the design of RES plants
Degree in engineering (preferably electrical, civil, environmental, mechanical, but not mandatory)
Excellent command of the English language
Ability to use drawing and design software (i.e. Autocad)
Ability to use common software (text, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.) (basic requirement)
