Senior Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A London-based construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing residential or commercial team. This Senior Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to lead high-quality projects across London whilst playing a key role within a collaborative and ambitious consultancy.

The successful Senior Project Manager will take ownership of project delivery from inception through to completion. This Senior Project Manager role is ideal for a Senior Project Manager looking for greater responsibility, strong client exposure and a clear route towards Associate level.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Senior Project Manager's role

Managing residential or commercial projects
Leading consultant and contractor teams
Acting as the primary client contact
Undertaking Project Management, EA and CA duties
Managing programmes, budgets and risk
Chairing project meetings
Supporting junior staff development

The Senior Project Manager

Previous construction consultancy experience
Residential and/or commercial project experience
Employer's Agent and Contract Administration exposure
Degree qualified
MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB desirable
Strong leadership and communication skills
