* Hybrid - 2/3 Days in Central Glasgow per week

Lorien's longstanding client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team and lead the delivery of implementation projects for their flagship solution already in play around the world with a global and expanding customer base. This role is key to ensuring high-quality delivery across the board; embedding best practice into every aspect of service implementation.

This is an opportunity to shape project management in a forward-thinking, fast-paced environment, while managing a portfolio of simultaneous engagements and working with representatives from varying disciplines to improve processes, ensure client satisfaction and trust, and expand accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day delivery of software implementations
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
• Maintain clear and effective project documentation including project plans, risk/issue logs, and delivery milestones
• Chair regular internal and external meetings, ensuring risks, blockers and actions are tracked and resolved efficiently
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring and motivation to project teams within a matrix environment
• Serve as a point of escalation, balancing customer satisfaction with delivery excellence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure continuity of service and long-term client value
• Contribute to the evolution of internal delivery methodology, tooling and process
• Support onboarding and development of new team members
• Engage with senior stakeholders and client executives to maintain strong, trust-based relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in project management within IT/Tech and service delivery-style environments, ideally within Software-as-a-Service/Corporate settings
• Previous dealings managing software/platform implementation projects for external clients/3rd party clients
• Comfortable leading multiple concurrent client-facing projects from end-to-end with varying scale and complexity
• Strong knowledge of software implementation / SDLC and delivery frameworks
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Able to work cross-functionally with all departments and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident managing C-level relationships, with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Passionate about quality, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Any relevant certifications would be a plus
