Fastwarm is expanding! As part of our 2025 growth strategy, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic internal sales team and play a key role in driving the design, manufacture, and supply of underfloor heating systems across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming internal sales enquiries and provide expert guidance via phone and email.

• Manage end-to-end customer projects, from design consultation through to delivery.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative, account management approach.

• Interpret CAD and architectural drawings to assist in system design and quoting.

• Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Upsell or cross-sell related products and services when appropriate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in internal sales, preferably in a technical or construction-related sector.

• Account management experience with a strong customer-first mindset.

• Solid understanding of plumbing and heating - experience with underfloor heating is a major plus.

• Comfortable and professional on the phone — you’ll be the first point of contact for many customers.

• Ability to read and interpret CAD or architectural drawings (desirable).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A proactive, detail-oriented and solution-focused approach.
