senior Project Manager - RC Frame / Residential - Birmingham

I’m looking for a reinforced concrete subcontracting Project Manager for a podium slab and sub/superstructures package on a new build residential development in Birmingham city centre.

My client is a long-established contractor in their sector with a reputation for delivery and a high quality product.

This project is due to start imminently and I would like to speak to candidates with a successful track record in the delivery of similar schemes. This is a £20m + package so you'll need to have delivered packages of this size.

The rate will be at least £400-450 with room for negotiation and the contract will be long-term and you’ll be joining a thriving contractor with a solid reputation.

A relevant degree is a bonus but not essential- the key is relevant experience of reinforced concrete structures. You will be taking the project through from conception to completion whilst managing delivery, quality, safety and client liaison.

Ideally your experience will be with a specialist reinforced concrete structures subcontractor.
