We’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our ambitious team. In this role, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects—from initial development through to execution—ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage large-scale renewable energy projects across Germany

• Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation

• Lead collaboration between cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, finance, environmental)

• Engage with clients, regulators, and communities to drive project approvals

• Track progress and report to stakeholders and senior leadership

• Ensure regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance

• Support and mentor junior team members

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 5-7+ years’ experience managing wind, solar or energy storage projects

• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects

• Skilled in PMI/PRINCE2 and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

• Strong communicator, negotiator and problem-solver with a proactive mindset
