Senior Project Manager, Software, Cloud, UcaaS

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multiple customer technology projects across Software, SaaS, Cloud and emerging technologies.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who understands technology, builds strong customer relationships and knows how to keep complex projects moving.

The Role

➤ Manage projects from initiation through to successful delivery
➤ Own timelines, budgets, risks, issues and change
➤ Work closely with customers, Software Development and technical teams
➤ Manage project budgets, forecasts, billing and commercial performance
➤ Coordinate cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
➤ Support bids, tenders, pre-sales and customer presentations
➤ Keep customers informed and projects moving

What We're Looking For

➤ Proven technology Project Management experience
➤ Software, SaaS, Cloud or UCaaS background
➤ Good understanding of the SDLC
➤ Strong customer and stakeholder management
➤ Commercial awareness and budget responsibility
➤ Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
➤ STEM degree or equivalent experience
➤ PRINCE2 advantageous

Exposure to AI, Machine Learning or NLP would be a bonus.
