This pivotal role will spearhead a variety of workstreams, delivering positive improvements across the organisation.

In this role, you will:
o Drive the delivery of business transformation programmes.
o Manage the implementation of new repairs and asset management systems.
o Enhance service efficiency, drive value for money, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Lead Transformation: Manage large-scale business transformation workstreams, ensuring smooth change management and communication.

Desirable Attributes:
* Experience in managing complex systems in a housing environment.
* Understanding of the housing sector and relevant regulations.
