Senior Project Manager - TOM - Investment Management

This is an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Transformation Consultant to become part of a highly esteemed internal management consultancy team located in London. The ideal candidate will have Project Management, Strategic Transformation, Client Services and Investment Management experience.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will engage in a diverse array of consultancy assignments encompassing strategy development, operating model design, change management enhancement, business architecture refinement, and people transformation. Your daily remit will involve close collaboration with senior leaders across various departments to define strategic direction and deliver measurable improvements in operational effectiveness. You will be instrumental in formulating vision statements for emergent business models, conducting research to bridge knowledge gaps on pressing issues, and crafting detailed Target Operating Models that underpin sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities;

• A minimum of three to five years' experience in management consultancy or as a high-performing analyst within an investment management context is essential for this appointment.
• Demonstrated understanding of investment management value chains-including client onboarding, product development, portfolio management, operations, fund administration, and reporting-is required.
• A proven record of involvement in large-scale consultancy assignments encompassing strategy development, operating model definition or significant change implementation is highly desirable.
• Experience across multiple investment business lines such as Public Markets (Equities, Fixed Income), Private Markets (Private Equity, Real Estate), or Wealth Management is particularly advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of change management disciplines-including stakeholder management strategies, communication planning frameworks, progress tracking tools and issue/risk monitoring systems-is expected.
• Practical experience with business architecture principles as well as Lean or Operational Excellence methodologies enhances your ability to drive operational improvements.
