Senior QS / Project QS | Residential Contractor | West London Office | Permanent | Up to £85,000 DoE
 
I'm working with a residential contractor who are looking to appoint either a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor due to continued project workload across Essex and South London.
 
This is a hands-on commercial role managing multiple residential projects simultaneously, offering genuine responsibility and direct involvement with project delivery teams.
 
The Role

Commercial management of 2–3 live residential projects
• Managing procurement, valuations, variations, CVRs and final accounts
• Working closely with site and project management teams
• Supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Office-based role with regular site visits
• Exposure across apartment developments, residential extensions and high-end residential schemes 
Projects

20-apartment residential development in Essex
• 20 apartment residential development in Essex
• High-spec residential development in Westridge 
What they're looking for

Project QS or Senior QS background
• Main contractor residential experience preferred
• Residential developer experience also considered
• Strong procurement and subcontract package management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Commercially aware, organised and delivery focused
