Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Development and Investment Analyst/Surveyor to assess potential opportunities and contribute strategically to development and acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed development and investment appraisals

• Analyse market data, planning histories, comparable sales, and income yields

• Prepare market appraisal letters, sales particulars, and valuation reports

• Interpret architectural plans and financial models

• Manage and progress multiple property transactions

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and consultants to align with project goals

• Generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships

• Assist the Managing Director and support the wider sales team

Requirements

• A university degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a property-related discipline

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within property development or investment

• In-depth knowledge of UK planning laws, London property values, and development metrics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong financial acumen

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
