Day-to-day of the role:

  • Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior team members, enhancing their professional development.
  • Underwriting Excellence: Drive strong underwriting results across the portfolio, ensuring all practices meet our high standards.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven expertise in Property and Casualty Underwriting.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with a confident approach to decision-making.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to evaluating and improving existing processes.
  • Adaptability: Capable of managing varying workloads and pressures with outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills.
