Basic Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 DOE

On Target Earnings: Uncapped. £18-20k+ is very acheivable. Current staff earning considerably more.

Job Summary

- Identifying suitable properties to add to their portfolio

- Booking meetings with potential landlords/agents

- Negotiating and agreeing Agreements

- Liaising with the property management team to prepare and onboard new properties

- Maintaining client relationships post initial onboarding

- Ensuring compliance obligations are met

- Overseeing retention of existing clients

The ideal candidate will:

- Have 1-2 years’ experience in a Property focused Sales/Lettings role

- Have natural sales ability

- Have exceptional customer service skills

- Be a good communicator

- Have confidence to negotiate effectively

- Be KPI driven

- Have a full UK drivers license but also willing to travel to appointments across London using public transport
