Senior Property Manager

Dove and Hawk are working alongside a high-end, multi branch estate agency looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their new office based in Vauxhall

Duties:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service
• Proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties
• Addressing maintenance issues
• Chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes.
• Leveraging your strong technical knowledge of property management you will not only effectively resolve complex issues but also play a key role in training and mentoring staff, sharing your comprehensive expertise with the team.

Requirements:

• 2 years Property Management experience
• Ability to organise and prioritise ones workload
• Be able to display High level of verbal and written communication
• Team player with a positive and can do attitude essential
• Hardworking and productive individual.

Days and Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday is 9am - 5pm

Salary: £35,000
OTE of £42,000

1 Day WFH once Probation is passed and Final Agreement from Senior Manager.
