Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a track record of reliability, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

About the role:

• Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
• Dealing with contractor’s invoices to ensure payment
• Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
• Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
• Co-operating with the Lettings Team
• Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation - Gas Certs, EICR’s etc.
• Property inspections
