As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic team based in Nine Elms & Vauxhall.

About the Role
You’ll be managing a portfolio of high-quality residential properties across the Nine Elms and Vauxhall area, maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to step into a more senior position and is looking for a clear path to management in a supportive, high-performing agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent service at all times
• Oversee maintenance, compliance, tenancy renewals, rent collection, and deposit disputes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all properties meet legal and safety requirements
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records using industry-standard property management software
• Contribute to team strategy, improvements, and training initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
• Solid understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Leadership potential and a desire to progress
• Experience with property management software (e.g. Arthur, Qube, or similar)
• ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Local knowledge of Nine Elms, Vauxhall, or wider South West London is advantageous
