Senior Property Underwriter responsibilities:

• Underwrite and trade profitable risks, staying aligned with company strategy.
• Lead by example and support Assistant Underwriters as the go-to expert.
• Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver top-notch propositions to brokers and clients.
• Actively contribute to the growth and success of the Property Department.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Commercial Property underwriting.
• In-depth knowledge of property insurance, risk assessment, and financials.
• CII Diploma (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
