We have a superb opportunity based in North Kent for a highly experienced Accounts Payable professional. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be working in a dedicated, highly driven team. Duties will include:-

Responsibility of the Accounts Payable Role:-

• Taking full responsibility for the European suppliers
• Ensuring all PO's are correct and approved before processing for payment
• Requesting POD's and copy invoices
• Ensure payment terms are adhered to in order to avoid late payment fines as per set contracts
• Chasing approval for payments
• Raising monthly payment runs in multi currencies
• Processing credit card expenses
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Liaising with suppliers and resolving issues quickly and in line with policy

Requirements of the Accounts Payable Role:-

• Strong accounts payable experience ideally with a large group
• Multi currency
• Strong systems skills
• First rate communication skills
