The Role

This is a pivotal engineering role within our core product team. You'll design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and cloud-native solutions, working closely with our infrastructure, data, and AI teams. You'll have genuine ownership of your work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Essential Requirements

All of the following are mandatory for this role:

5+ years of professional Python development experience, with a strong track record delivering production-grade applications
Strong proficiency in both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including deploying and managing cloud infrastructure at scale
Deep expertise in serverless architecture, specifically AWS Lambda and S3 storage, including design patterns, performance optimisation, and cost management
Practical experience working with AI large language models such as OpenAI's ChatGPT or Anthropic's Claude, whether through API integration, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted product development
A university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline
