We are an innovative biotech startup based in London, seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality strategy and build a robust Quality Management System (QMS) from the ground up. This pivotal role will be responsible for achieving and maintaining ISO 13485 accreditation, managing audits, and embedding a strong quality culture across the organisation.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance within biotech, medtech, or life sciences
Proven track record of setting up a QMS and achieving ISO 13485 certification
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality standards
A scientific degree (or higher) in a relevant field
Excellent attention to detail and collaborative approach
Willingness to work 4 days per week on-site at our White City office
