Senior QA technician

Quality isn't about paperwork.

It's about raising standards, challenging the status quo and making sure the factory gets it right first time.

That's exactly what you'll be doing here.

You'll be the Technical Manager's right hand, leading the Quality team while helping drive the site's shift from QC to a true Quality Assurance culture.

Expect plenty of variet- HACCP, audits, customer standards, investigations, training, continuous improvement and the opportunity to genuinely influence how quality is managed across the business.

You'll need:

Food manufacturing quality or technical experience.
Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP and Quality Management Systems.
The confidence to challenge, improve and lead by example.
