Senior QHSE Manager

The Senior Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality, health, safety, and environmental standards within a manufacturing environment. Description

• Develop, implement, and manage QHSE policies and procedures across the organisation.
• This is a senior leadership role at the site in Dundee overseeing a function of around 18 heads within Quality, H&S and Environmental.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards in all operations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on QHSE best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any compliance or quality issues.
• Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions as required.

Profile

A successful Senior Quality Manager should have:
