Senior QS - Main Contractor - PCSA stage

Senior Quantity Surveyor required to join a leading main contractor on a landmark £50m mixed-use commercial development.

This is an opportunity to take a leading commercial role during the pre-construction phase of a large mixed-use scheme that is currently progressing through a two-stage tender process. With the contractor appointed under a PCSA arrangement, you will play a key role in driving commercial strategy, managing procurement packages, engaging with the design team and supply chain, and helping to shape the project ahead of construction.
Working closely with the Commercial Director and pre-construction team of 5, you'll be a key member of the project from the outset, influencing key commercial decisions and helping to ensure a successful transition from PCSA through to contract award and delivery.

Your new role & What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record working for a recognised main contractor on large-scale construction projects. Most importantly, you'll have hands-on experience of managing the commercial aspects of two-stage tenders and PCSA projects, ideally on schemes valued between £50m and £100m+.
We're keen to speak with surveyors who understand the challenges of major project procurement, subcontractor engagement, package tendering, value engineering and cost planning through pre-construction.

Experience across mixed-use, commercial or fit-out projects would be highly advantageous. Experience of working on 2 stage tenders through PCSA stage is essential.
