Senior QA Specialist

We're seeking a Senior QA Specialist to join an esteemed pharmaceutical contract services provider, known for its impressive growth and global reach. As an exclusive partner, we're excited to add a key member to their team in this pivotal role.
In this dynamic position, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, from operational tasks like batch review and production liaison to broader activities such as auditing, supplier management, and QMS implementation. Crucially, you'll also serve as Deputy QA Manager, with some immediate line management duties and close collaboration with the QA Manager to meet the growing demands of the site.
This role requires full-time commitment, with site-based hours of 42.5 per week from 8 am to 5 pm, reflecting the importance of being onsite given the team's size and operational scope.

Key qualifications:
Extensive experience in Quality Assurance across diverse responsibilities
Preferably, a background in pharmaceuticals, though other GMP environments will be considered
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field
Strong proficiency across various quality functions such as batch review, investigations, auditing, supplier management, and system controls
Previous supervisory or managerial experience, demonstrating leadership skills and mentoring abilities
Understanding of client services dynamics, preferably from a similar setting
Flexible approach with a quick learning ability and adaptability
