You will be joining one of the most established Highways Sub-contractors in the Midlands, working on a wide range of highway schemes based out of Kettering.
The highly successful roads contractor has an impeccable reputation spanning circa 30 years, giving you a genuinely stable secure career.

The client is known for their innovative approach and commitment to quality and has built a strong reputation in their field due to their excellent service. The contractor works closely with a mixture of public and private sector clients. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to their team. The contractor are open to candidates ranging from intermediate to senior quantity surveyor level.

Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value, monitoring cash flow and valuation plans, managing subcontract tender processes, managing subcontractor accounts as well as providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience working in the Highways sector and ideally hold a degree in quantity surveying (or experience equivalent). Have a depth of experience in NEC or JCT forms of contract.
