Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Residential)

Location: Plymouth

Salary & Package: Very Competitive

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a very successful commercial team in the south.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to new build residential developments where your focus will be to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, whilst still achieving the required standards and quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing subcontractor packages
• Subcontractor negotiation
• Cost value reconciliation
• Producing cost reports
• Subcontractor payments / processing applications for payments
• Valuations
• Variations
• Final accounts

Experience required:

• Degree qualification
• Strong commercial awareness
• Quantity Surveying experience with a residential house builder
• Delivering Residential projects
