A dynamic, well-established Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their South West London (Richmond) based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a diverse and rewarding portfolio, spanning sectors such as healthcare, leisure, commercial offices, and industrial developments. With an exciting mix of projects underway, recent schemes include a £6m casino refurbishment and a series of holiday park developments ranging from £1m to £8m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or currently working towards
• Varied sector experience is ideal
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
