An award-winning, privately owned European construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit Northampton office. This consultancy is recognised for its innovative project delivery, collaborative culture, and strong international presence, with offices spanning the UK and mainland Europe.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-profile projects across the Residential, Commercial, Industrial (Sheds), Mixed-Use, Retail, and Data Centre sectors.

The role will suit a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor who is eager to take on greater responsibility, with opportunities to lead schemes, mentor junior team members, and work closely with key stakeholders. Long-term progression towards Associate level and beyond is actively encouraged and supported.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Strong Quantity Surveying background within a UK Consultancy
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
