We’re partnering with a respected, director-led multi-disciplinary consultancy that’s growing and looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical ability and a passion for client relationships, looking to make a real impact within a flexible, professional environment.

Projects will range across new build residential, commercial fitouts, refurbishments, party wall work and expert witness reports.

Whether you’re a Senior QS looking for more autonomy, or a strong Intermediate ready to step up this is a brilliant opportunity to grow with a business that will invest in you.

Location: Kent-based with flexible/hybrid working. Projects span London & the South East.

What does it involve?

• Cost planning & estimating
• Leading residential & commercial projects from feasibility to completion
• Project management & contract administration
• Programming, claims & dispute resolution
• Managing and mentoring APC candidates
• Leading client meetings & supporting business development
• Reporting to directors and helping shape the QS function

What We're Looking For

• MRICS preferred
• Strong across both residential & commercial sectors
• Confident, client-facing & commercially aware
• Experience mentoring junior staff
• A team player who’s hands-on, adaptable, and deadline-driven
