Your new role

This role is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, and it will be based in the Midlands. You will oversee cost control, contract management, and financial planning on projects, ensuring value, compliance, and profitability throughout delivery. You will be required to work either from the office or on-site, 5 days a week and, therefore, you must be able to drive. There is an extremely competitive salary package available for this role.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working for a tier-1 main contractor is essential.
• Must have experience in commercial new-build projects, such as: offices, retail spaces, industrial units, hospitality venues, healthcare buildings, educational facilities and prisons.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering a smooth running project.
• You must be able to drive and be willing to travel.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing site conditions.
