The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a client-facing role where you will lead cost management services from inception to completion on projects ranging from £10m - £100m. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring client objectives are met while managing budgets, risks, and contracts.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Proven experience delivering top-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across all project stages.
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience working with a UK construction consultancy
