An award-winning, design-conscious Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a confident and career-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Sevenoaks office.

This forward-thinking firm is known for delivering high-quality, commercially astute advice across a broad range of sectors, and is now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work directly alongside the Quantity Surveying Director in a key leadership role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on significant responsibility and actively shape the future of a growing team. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will mentor and support APC candidates, helping to guide the next generation of Quantity Surveyors, whilst also delivering a diverse portfolio of projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead projects from inception through to completion across multiple sectors including prime residential, commercial fit-out, healthcare, and local authority developments. With an emphasis on innovation, quality, and client service, this consultancy offers a supportive, progressive environment for someone looking to grow into Associate level and beyond.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc) or similar
• MRICS or working towards chartership
• Proven track record delivering projects from start to finish
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Strong communication and client facing skills
