Senior Quantity Surveyor

This well-established, multi-disciplinary practice in Brighton is on the hunt for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience to lead exciting, fast-paced projects across the leisure, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be taking the reins on a range of high-value new build and refurbishment schemes. Acting as the trusted advisor to key clients, you'll deliver full pre and post-contract services from feasibility through to final account, with the support of a talented team of Graduate and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

You'll work closely with the Partners, helping to drive forward an impressive pipeline of work while having a real say in the development of the business and mentoring the next generation of surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Pre and Post Contract experience
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
• Strong background in consultancy or client-side roles in the UK
• Property & Real Estate sector experience
• Local / able to commute to Brighton
