A fast-growing consultancy in Essex is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Project Management Team. Specialising in the Education and Healthcare sectors, this dynamic firm delivers a wide range of construction, mechanical, and electrical projects, including new builds, fire door renewals and cladding replacements.

The Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Managing project finances to ensure cost control and adherence to budgets
• Leading the tendering process, including document preparation and contractor selection
• Overseeing contract administration, procurement, and change management
• Conducting valuations, risk assessments, and financial reporting
• Collaborating with clients, contractors, and project teams to drive successful project outcomes
• Cover Essex home county, some travel to London and other UK areas if required.

The Ideal Candidate

• An experienced Chartered OR Quantity Surveyor
• Healthcare, Education or property experience
