The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is an exciting time to join the business as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, working across an impressive pipeline of schemes including Mixed-Use, Residential, Commercial Office, Education, Hotel, Leisure and Retail developments.

You'll be at the forefront of project delivery, supported by a forward-thinking team and hands-on Directors, with the autonomy to shape your future within the business. With growth plans firmly underway, the consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is ready to take the lead, drive projects, and become a key player in the next phase of their success.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)

• A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Construction Consultancy / PQS environments
• A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion, pre & post contract
• MRICS is a must have
• Previous experience managing more junior Quantity Surveyors is desirable
