Your Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor will Include:
* Prepare, measure and build cost estimates, plans and tender documentation
* Manage budgets, reporting, and forecasting
* Ensure compliance within industry regulations

The Successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
* 6 years+ Qualified experience within built environment
* Be Chartered - Preferably
* Full right to work in UK and clean Driving License
* Live commutable to Chorley
