An opportunity has arisen with a leading regional build contractor in Kent.

You will:

• Have full exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
• Work alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
• Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
• Be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
• Be working on projects that can range in value from £5M - £20M across various sectors

They're looking for:

• Regional / National contractor experience as the SQS
• Good knowledge of NEC and JCT form of contracts
• Knowledge of procurement and sub contractor management
• The ability to create accurate commercial reports
• Based in Kent and or surrounding areas
